CANCELLATION POLICY
📌 Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy — MORROWAESTHETICS At MORROWAESTHETICS, your time and mine are equally valuable. To ensure fairness and allow availability for all clients: • 24-Hour Notice Required Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance. • Late Cancellations Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee. • No-Shows Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee. • Late Arrivals If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, I may not be able to accommodate your full service, and the appointment may need to be rescheduled. The cancellation fee may still apply. • Deposits (if applicable) Deposits are non-refundable and will be applied to your scheduled service.
